Girls, Inc Scholarship - Deadline: May 3, 2019

An applicant must have been a member of, or have given service to, Girls Incorporated® 

of Fort Smith for a minimum of two years (24 months, collectively). Minimum 2.5 GPA

 

Lincoln High School Alumni Association Scholarship - Deadline: May 15, 2018

Minimum criteria for applicants:

U.S. resident; high school senior with a minimum 2.75 GPA; leadership activities; Pell eligible; 19 ACT

College Board's Collegiance Scholarship - Deadline May 15, 2018

College Board is celebrating high school seniors all across America with Collegiance - a social media event where students can share their college choice for a chance to win money to help with books, supplies, and other school expenses. UCA Windgate Scholarship - Deadline May 20, 2017

This for students who plan to major in art. The scholarship can be worth up to $28,000 over four years. The Windgate Scholarship is based on talent and financial need and can be worth up to $2,000 per semester in the freshman year, based on amount of financial need. The scholarship is renewable and can increase up to $1,000 each year so that in the senior year, up to $5,000 per semester may be awarded. One scholarship will be awarded to an incoming freshman for the 2017-2018 academic year.

To be eligible students must: 

  • Return the application form, with the requested materials, by the deadline. (See form)
  • Plan to declare art as their major 
  • Attend UCA in the fall 2017 semester

Also, we are glad to provide campus tours through the art department facilities for student groups. Vista College High School Scholarship - Deadline May 21 2017

High school seniors graduating in 2017 who have applied for admissions with Vista College and enrolled in the May 2016 and June 2016 class starts may apply for the Vista College High School Scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to selected applicants on the completion of the requirements outlined below. Scholarship award amounts will be reduced from the recipients’ tuition after the successful completion of the first class term with a passing grade. $1000

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

  • Accuplan’s scholarship is available to both high school seniors and college students who are legal residents of the United States of America

  • Student must be enrolled in school and attending classes no later than the fall semester of 2018
  • Winner is not based on financial need but on the quality of submission
  • Relatives of Accuplan staff can not enter the scholarship competition
  • Home-schooled students can apply for this scholarship so long as their home school program progress is equivalent to that of a high school senior
  • Applicants must submit a video (see “Make A Video” tab for more details)
  • Applicants are also required to “like” Accuplan’s Facebook page to be considered
