IMPORTANT

All seniors must meet all graduation requirements

to participate in graduation.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany a student for enrollment and provide:

  • Birth certificate or proof of age
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Immunizations
  • Parent/Guardian's Proof of current residence (current utility bill, driver's license, current lease, etc.)
  • School Transcript or grades from the previous school/homeschool documentation
  • Custody Documentation (if applicable) 
  • Confirm if the student has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 (if applicable)/Sign Informed Consent Form to request IEP records from previous school
